"The Mindanao Peoples’ Peace Movement (MPPM) is an alliance/network and coalition of peoples’ organization and peace, human rights and environmental groups advancing the participation and engagement of the grassroots tripeople (Katawhang Lumad, Bangsamoro and Katawhang Migrante) in building peace in Mindanao."

As the Philippine Government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front continue to pave the way towards the establishment of the Bangsamoro, the indigenous peoples incessantly demand to fully include the Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Act in the Bangsamoro Basic Law to ensure the recognition, protection and promotion of their rights in the incoming entity.

With its inclusive peace framework, the Mindanao Peoples’ Peace Movement supports this position of the Teduray, Lambangian, Dulangan Manobo and Erumanen ne Menuvu. Here’s the full position paper submitted to the Congress.
